Israeli ground troops have initiated smaller-scale operations inside Gaza. The Israeli military shared that they've carried out these operations to clear the area of terrorists and weapons and to locate missing individuals.

Infantry and tank units have taken part in these raids, which are a prelude to an expected larger ground offensive.

There is panic in Gaza due to mixed messages regarding evacuations.

According to Palestinian journalist Hazem Balousha, residents in northern Gaza received evacuation messages from the Israeli military without a specified time to leave. At the same time, local authorities are advising people to stay in their homes. This has created confusion, as people are uncertain about whether to leave or stay.

Balousha also noted that logistical challenges are hindering the evacuation process."
